André is a Philadelphia native who has been in the real estate business for nearly a

decade. He has a great appreciation and understanding for Philadelphia’s diversity,

culture, and architectural integrity, and his vast knowledge of each neighborhood is what

makes him excel in matching people with properties.

Andre’s passion for his city and his drive to restore and maintain its deep history, has led

him to purchase, renovate, rent and sell his own properties throughout the area. Having

this experience as both an agent and investor has given Andre a deeper connection to his

clients’ experience and a more analytical approach to insure they make the best decisions

in buying or selling their home or investment property. He continues to diligently stay

abreast of current market trends, and can quickly assess whether an investment makes

Prior to real estate, Andre spent the first part of his career working with his family’s

commercial construction business. His background in construction, his love of

Philadelphia’s historic homes and the desire to be instrumental in Philadelphia’s growth

led him to his career in Real Estate.

When you can’t find Andre on the streets of his beloved Philadelphia, he is either home

or travelling with his fiancée and their myriad of rescue animals.
